Online Store Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make a purchase.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current purchase and account information.

  • Any fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity will result in immediate termination of service and may be subject to legal action.

Products & Services

  • All hair extensions, wigs, and beauty products are final sale due to hygiene and customization purposes.

  • We strive to display our products as accurately as possible; however, color and texture may slightly vary depending on lighting, screen resolution, and handmade customization.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors without authorization.

Booking & Salon Services

  • All salon appointments and install services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot.

  • If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • By booking, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agreed to the full Booking & Salon Policy linked on our website.

Shipping & Fulfillment

  • All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Once shipped, Giifti Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier.

  • Tracking information is provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless a clear defect is reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If a replacement is approved, the product must remain unaltered, unused, and in its original packaging.

Intellectual Property

All content on giiftihair.com — including images, videos, logos, and written materials — are the exclusive property of Giifti Hair LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Giifti Hair is not liable for any allergic reactions, hair damage, or improper product use once items have been installed, colored, or altered.

Use all products and services at your own discretion.
